Struggling to cope, Janice is holding spiteful conversations with her dolls, and Mother is suffering from panic attacks, with only her baking skills to keep her busy. In their deteriorating Apartment that incessantly begs for repairs, their only comforts are visitations from their respective celebrity crushes—Justin Timberlake and Harrison Ford. With the support of Justin’s affection, Janice begins to craft a plan that will mend the chasm in their lives. Meanwhile, the Apartment is developing murderous plans of its own…

Back for a 4th (and final) year, this a capella musical ponders a moment of peace in the middle of war, featuring excerpts from soldiers’ letters and diaries. Opening on Veterans Day, November 11, the production will feature performers from previous years: Charlie Barron, Will Bonfiglio, Steve Isom, Greg Lhamon, Gerry Love, Ben Nordstrom, Antonio Rodriguez, Luke Steingruby, Kelvin Urday and Jeffrey Wright.

Fresh from its sold-out world premiere in Chicago, Yasmina’s Necklace is an unlikely romance between Yasmina, a recent immigrant from Iraq and Abdul Samee, who wants to change his name to Sam and turn his back on his Iraqi and Puerto Rican heritage. St. Louis audiences may remember Rohina Malek from her one-woman show Unveiled which was performed at the Edison Theatre in 2015.

Set in 1936 Ireland, the play explores the potential for romance and the lure of pagan rituals in a family’s day-to-day life. Jim Butz will play the narrator, Michael, remembering a harvest time with his mother and her five siblings (played by Gary Glasgow, Michelle Hand, Amy Loui, Taylor Stewart, Kelley Weber and Leslie Wobbe) and a visit from his father, played by Richard Strelinger.
